Global PR Trends Summit takes place from February 18th – 19th at Movenpick Hotel in Accra.

The event by P World in partnership with PRCAN from Nigeria, Brand Communications and IPR Ghana, and PRAU from Uganda will have public relations experts from across the world present.

The two-day international gathering would begin with a presentation by President, Institute of Public Relations, Elaine Sam on the ‘current trends and challenges in the West African PR industry’.

There will also be presentations on ‘social media and PR’ by Lars Silberbauer of Lego, Rose Bambi of Cisco, Alex Malouf of P&G and Irina Pashina of SAP, ‘nation branding’ by Amy Gray of Visit Britain, as well as presentations on ‘CSR’ by Karim Seifeddine of Citi and Omneya Fawzy of Boehringer Ingelheim as well as ‘reputation management’ by Colleen Harris, former Press Secretary to Princes Charles William and Harry.

Other speakers are Ghanaian president John Dramani Mahama, Executive Chairman, JEAP & Associates (Ghana) Limited, Joseph Emmanuel Allotey-Pappoe and Programme Leader, Masters at Greenwich University, Jonathan Wilson.
